Returns

Whilst Drama Queen Emporium does not give cash refunds on any products or services, an exchange or store credit may be obtained on the conditions outlined below:

• If the product is faulty
• If the product is the wrong colour or size
• Contact Drama Queen Emporium within 5 business days of receipt of product
• Return product within 10 business days of receipt of product to Drama Queen Emporium
• Product must be as new, unsoiled, unworn and with packaging intact
• Product is returned with completed returns form. To get a copy of the form click here

For hygiene reasons, products such as hosiery, underwear and beauty products cannot be returned.
Sale products are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

If the returned product is found to be not faulty, soiled, worn or damaged Drama Queen Emporium reserves the right to decline exchange or store credit, and is not liable for return shipping costs.

Drama Queen Emporium cannot process returned products without an enclosed completed return form.
Products returned to Drama Queen Emporium without the return form will not be processed or returned.
Return forms which have not been completed in a satisfactory manner will delay the processing of your product.

You may return an item if it is found to be faulty or the wrong size or colour.
Any reason for return or exchange outside these terms will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Drama Queen Emporium does not guarentee the ability to exchange or obtain store credit outside these terms.
Drama Queen Emporium will only process returns once the returned product has been received with the return form completed.
Once the returned product is received, you will be notified in writing of the shipping timeframe.
In the case of the product being out of stock, you will be notified in writing and given a store credit for the value of the product excluding shipping.

Please note that any item cannot be exchanged or returned more than once.
Exchanges or store credits will not be made to third parties.

Drama Queen Emporium is not liable for return shipping costs, unless in the case of faulty product.
To reimburse return shipping costs, faulty products will be returned with a credit of the value of shipping via Australia Post registered post only.
Drama Queen Emporium is not liable for items lost in transit.
Drama Queen Emporium encourages returns to be via Australia Post registered post and tracking number retained.

Burlesque Fan Hire

Burlesque fan hire is intended to give a flexible, economical option for customers who do not want to purchase their own set of fans. Depending on stock availability, fans can be shipped within 3 business days of payment.

Fans are very delicate and the utmost care needs to be taken when handling them.
Each pair of fans has a weekly hire fee as displayed on the website.
At the time of hire, a refundable security deposit of $100 per set of fans is required. Fans must be returned on time and in an acceptable condition for full refund of the security deposit. Fans will be inspected upon return and refund will be given within 5 business days if deemed to be in an acceptable condition.

Acceptable condition is:

• No more than one broken feather per fan
• Mark/dirt free
• Unsoiled
• All staves in tact
• Stave bolt in tact
• Threading in tact

If the fans are returned late, are misplaced or damaged beyond acceptable condition, the security deposit will not be refunded.

Postage charges for the fans will be higher than normal postage rates. An estimate will be given on a case by case basis. Return postage costs are not included in the fan hire price. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the fans preferably by post with tracking available.

Full colour options may not be availble for hire. Please enquire to find out which colours are available at the time you would like to hire.
